Cost of oil with Seat servicing?

Hi

I would like to know how much people have paid for PD oil at a Seat service?
I have a 130 TDi FR so require PD oil, Millers is 30quid, castrol edge is 37 quid, for 4.5L
so I was wondering how much they charged at a service for the oil.

If its reasonably close Ill let Seat supply the oil, if not, ill give them it!!

When I had a service @ jbs the pd oil was £29.71

The service I had last week(Vag Tech) Synta gold fully synthetic was £27.75

Best call the dealer and ask how much it's going to be

I think i paid £12 a litre and was charged for 5L. They wont be doing that again.

Best thing to do is when you book it in ask them, and weather they mind you supplying yor own oil.

Millers XFE-PD shouldn't be any more than £25 for 5 litres. Anywhere charging £30 is trying to make too much mark-up in my opinion. Dealers tend to charge £8-£9 a litre (so with 4.5 litres, works out a lot of dosh)

On millers website, 5L is £31 inc VAT, where can i get it cheaper? Are some local stocks cheaper?

Yes the two places I get XFE-PD from charge around £27.

Look on the Millers site to find your nearest stockist.

I use a motor factors on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Exeter. Best value around I think (read that as "only place that stocks Millers near me")

I got quoted £150 from SEAT for my recent 50k lube. Rang VW who quoted £100!! SEAT dealer matched.
