couple questions - 70k service and jacking point

Car is booked in for 70k service. Its a full one. However...today I was bored so have so far done, oil change and filter, cabin air filter, fuel filter and engine flush.
What else does a 70k full service require? Obviously various things inspected and a brake fluid change which I need but is there anything else that i could do to make it cheaper?

Finally I've jut got a nice new trolley jack. It has a round lifting point. Where is the best jacking point front and back? Thanks a lot

Without looking at the guide im guessing:

- Water pump for engine
- Renew spark plugs
- Pollen cabin filter
- Visual check on brake pads and discs
- Check for any leaks on driveshaft and check cv joints
- Inspect suspension springs and dampers again for any cracks or leaking
- Lubricate all the mechanical locks
- Air filter unless it was changed at 60k
- Check exhaust manifold for any leaking and visual cracks
- Flush oil and renew oil filter

I would renew the above anyway cause i like looking after my car

As for your trolly jack, on the front wishbone where it connects to the chassis, mount it there. For the rear, you can use the rear axel or the mount point for the spare wheel jack (but use a block of wood).

Rear axle, don't put any lifting device near it or you could bend it. If you really want to make life simple, then buy a set of four Audi TT jacking point protectors - if you fit them, then you just stick the trolley jack under each one - no danger of any damage as they fit the cup of the jack perfectly. If you are going to use a trolley jack without these Audi TT protectors, then always use a block of wood to spread the load - oh, and two trolley jacks are better than one!
