Creaking, maybe suspension?

creaking was the front wishbone bushes on mine and were replaced with cupra ones,

if you do that get your tracking done asap after or you risk ruining the inside of your tyres like i did......

Which ones were were replaced?

Or were all bushes replaced?

just the 2 large front wishbone bushes as Neo was mentioning earlier in the thread.

Just found an old MOT advisory sheet in 2009 (we bought car June 2010), stating that the N/S/F and O/S/F front rearmost arm rubber bushes are deteriorated but not resulting in excess movement.

Perhaps it will be best to get both bushes done.

yep those are the ones,fit cupra ones if you get them done as they are solid not vented so much longer lasting.

i got mine from the dealers about £8 each and got my local garage to fit them.

So the rear ones are the solid ones (console) bushes.

Good idea to get them from the dealer as some quotes I've got are asking £16+Vat per bush!

yes its the rear bush of the front wishbone (console), they were around £8+vat if i remember right.
