Usually ever so slightly higher, literally mm's

Thought so. It was just when I was putting my aftermarket spoiler on my car I couldnt get it exactly flush, It was either slightly to low or slightly to high like Ive got it now, its just mm's like you said.

How good does that engine bay look!!. It looks amazing mate. Especially with the blue hoses and the black inlet etc. Bet your glad you have got it back.

I need to clean my engine bay because its filthy. Ive got some Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner and some engine laquer. So I will give that a try.

Then once its clean I will get the strut covers on.

thanks for all your comments, so glad ive got it back but there is many things still left to do. was thinking new washer bottle and header tank.. also got a catch tank to be plumed in, strut brace to be fitted, pressure sender switch and oem gauges to be fitted and wired in, mk3 cupra wheels back on, buy some spacers, im thinking of buying some new coilovers, this is a shame as the ones i have have had hardly any use as they were fitted in febuary and car went off road march/april!

Mine still needs alot of work mate, the pictures hide alot of the work that still needs doing!

Bet you're glad to have it back though, it does look stunning.

Haha same with mine! All i think is that the car is 10 years old and it's never going to be a show and shiner. It was built to chuck around a track so a few dents and scratches are okay. It's just the rust on the tailgate that i don't like on mine :(
