I ordered my CUPRA 300 in the standard no cost Ice Silver. colour a few days ago via DTD.

Just been back on DTD website to confirm the correct price etc on the order forms, and noticed the colour options have changed.

Ice Silver now disappeared and replaced by Solid Mediterranean Blue?

Solid White has made a return together with a new colour called Urban Silver (not available when I ordered mine) 2 days ago.

Not sure if this is just a glitch on DTDs website, or if the colour options have indeed changed.

Oh dear - never spotted that. I feel trouble brewing with my order. I'll email dealer and check what happens to existing orders as heard problem with people ordering dynamic grey previously and getting a white car turn up!!

I'll let you know what they say,

I cannot fathom a scenario where the above would be anything other than a massive win!
Unless the car was a promo vehicle for blutac, or to be registered as a motobility car.......

Just spoke to the dealer and he wasn't aware of any colour changes on the Leon. He checked the system and mentioned there are some colour changes from wk 22. Everything up to wk 21 (end of May) will get colour as ordered.

What wasn't clear is that there was no mention of Urban Silver. He called it White Silver as the replacement colour. He thinks DTD may have jumped the gun to early as they have just received an order from them for an Ateca FR which isn't even on Seat's ordering system yet.

Dealer just called back as he wanted to double check these colour changes. He has confirmed that with SEAT there is a 99.9% chance that a recent order for Ice Silver will be done in Urban Silver from wk 22.

He also confirmed that Urban Silver is the same as Floret Silver (which replaced Ice Silver on the Audi) and there is very little difference between Urban/Floret Silver and Ice Silver.

Anyway I have stated I'm happy to go with this as if I were to order Urban Silver now it would cost be extra £570 so good job I got order in this week.

Hi Nbullus, I did the same and ordered the Ice Silver last week on a Cupra ST, the dealer confirmed that there was nothing to worry about, I'll get the colour I want and that I was lucky as this will be a cost option by the end of this month.

Nice one :D

Check the paint codes. It might just be a new name for the colour for marketing purposes.

My Skoda is Brilliant Silver. My Golf was Reflex Silver. They both have the same paint code.

It is not the same paint code. Dealer confirmed there is a very slight difference but I'd be hard pushed to notice. He thinks Floret/Urban silver is slightly lighter than Ice Silver, yet other people say the opposite.

Personally I hoped it would be darker. Time will tell.

Hopefully as people start to get their orders through they will post pics up. Not seen a picture of an actual Cupra 300 in silver yet.

Floret / Urban Grey is darker. Changes shade in different light.

At one time was interested in an A3 Sportback, Floret was 1st choice, seen lots of examples, nice colour

Now plan to order a new Leon Cupra 5dr dsg. Urban silver / Mystery Blue / Nevada white. Eclipse Orange not yet available on Cupra, shame.

Replace factory 19" alloys with 18" msw / neuspeed / oz or something similar + Michelin ps4 tyres, get alloys repainted to compliment final car colour chosen. Add lower engine mount to improve traction.

Yes I would have been tempted by the Orange if it was available. My build week is 26 so unlikely they will introduce this before then. The mystery blue is a little too dark for me as I prefer the Skoda vRS race blue which is lighter and more dynamic.

I suffer from OCD so car/colour/wheel combination is a nightmare for me. I love a lot of the colours available for the Cupra, but to me they don't look right with the wheels. I bet the mystery blue would look a different car to me with silver alloys. :handbags:

Seen Mystery Blue, a bit darker in reality than expected. My Skoda Octavia vrs is Race blue and the previous one. Had a 2007 mdl Leon Stylance in Brisa Blue, very rare colour was darker when overcast and much lighter in sunlight.

Looking at changing wheels to 18" + colour if Leon purchase happens in a few months as planned.
