I'm thinking of buying cams and throttle body. But there is no place that i can take advice or buy these parts for ABF engine. Which brand and model do i have to prefer for the best performance? And what is their prices?

depending on what power you want depends on what you need to do, if ur after sorta 250bhp + your gonna wanna get a mk 3 cupra dash and engine conversion. anything up to that is possible on the abf dinkys is running (im told) 250 on a good day(cold conditions with good rollers)

I'm not thinking about an engine conversion. I also don't like Turbocharged engines. Naturally aspirated is my favourite. If i could make an eongine conversion that would be a K20 (Civic Type-R engine) :)

why would you type R it? its got less tourqe and is less fun then the abf! ok so your keeping it NA right in that case jenvey throttle bodies, lairy cams, 1.8 16v head with major head work, and then you can get the engine blue printed. that will all cost a fortune but you will end up with a race engine (wont idle under 2k properly ;) ) but will be massivly fun to drive

Cuz best N/A engines are the ones that Honda built. K20 is one of the most succusful one. Instead of spending too much money to ABF, buying a K20 and mounting that is better.
Less torque doesn't means that the car goes slower. The important thing is having parallel torque and hp lines on dyno.

Also i have another question. Do i have to change the ECU after mounting ITB and cams?
And what's the prices for ITB and cams? Do i need to change other things too after mounting these?

if you want to experiment and not spend loads, then megasquirt and some yamaha R1 throttle boddies, cost less than £500 and could give real potential.
but i fyou want straight forward stuff then these guys would know better.
