Cupra exhaust tailpipe on TDI Sport

I managed to get hold of a standard Cupra exhaust (thanks Rob!) & used the tailpipe to enhance the looks of my arse end!!

I think it works well. It fits snuggly in the bumper cut out & is better than the smallish standard twin pipes.

It wasn't as easy as I thought! But I managed to make it fit with a bit of tweaking (& a lot of swearing! ).

A bit of Autosol & a lot of elbow grease & it came up like new!

That was the whole idea really.
Not really bothered about a nice new performance exhaust, just wanted something to give it a subtle sporty look.
The Cupra tailpipe is, by far, the best around.

I'm thinking of doing this to my FR. When you say it wasn't easy to fit as you thought. How hard was it? Do the mounts fit roughly the same?

It was just the tailpipe I fitted.
Cut the existing twin pipes down a bit & slotted the Cupra tailpipe over them.
Hardest part was getting it to sit correctly in the cut-out of the bumper.
