cupra grill

trying to get the grill off on my cupra but one of the torq screws just wont screw out. the thread must be wrecked. any ideas of how to get it out?

yeah it is but i wanna get the side ones off
there is always one screw which wont come out!

LOL!!! Does it turn??? If you have another screw check wot size it is and drill it out.

there are wrecked where the previous owner put chrome surround on them, and it looks poo and the glue they used has ruined the plastic, so i gotta get new ones.

Have you tried slipping a flat headed screw driver under the head and try lifting it???

I think that was an optional extra from SEAT as my mum has that on her Arosa as she thought it looked good.

yeah i have tryed the flat head option, gunna try it again though

it looks like the owner befor me has done the screw up so tight that it has actually cracked the plastic thing attached to the grill

Try the flat head whilst screw. Might Catch the thread. if not just drill it out.

if i drill it out, where can i get some more screws?

SEAT. Or just a B&Q. Take the other screw and they'll have one similar. May just be a phillips head tho.
