Cupra GTI Window grinding noise

Hey there, My Mk2 Seat Ibiza GTI Sport 1999, drivers window suddenly started making this grinding noise this week and my window stopped 3 quaters the way up. I used some wd40 and lubricant and its going up fine now. But there is a still a kind of griding noise half the way up, but works fine now for the time being.

Does this mean my windows regulator is knackered?

What model of regulator would I need to replace it?

You need a new regulator, any drivers side off of any MK2 with electric windows is all you need. Dealers are about £90 tho

Got it sorted £40 for second hand regulator, and fitted it my self. Dead easy.
