You need to go further for proper weight saving Mike. Light battery, remove a/c, remove rear seats, remove sound deadening etc etc etc

Would like a lightweight battery. a/c core has gone (weight saving & more air to intercooler) Want to get rid of the air con pump & bracket.

Need back seats atm as Tfsi_Junior is due in Novermber When we move to Uk will be using the missus Lupo where possible, might get away with losing my back seats then

What you should do is get a vehicle wraper to get some diNoc CF vinyl then get the clear gloss cast type overlaminate put on the diNoc. then when its on the car and uve polished and waxed it. It will look like proper carbon fiber
