eric i m getting my car the day after tomorow but i have a small question for you that can"t wait!!what is the noise inside the cabin?i mean from the tyres, the road and the engine?is it tiring if you want to use it for long trips in the autobahn?a lot of magazines said that it had elevated noise levels from the tires and the road!thanks again for your time!

From my point of view the car isn't noisy at all. And as you red i am running snowtires at the moment so the noiselever i think will improve with the summertires, but like i was saying it isn't an issue now. What i am going to change at the car is the suspention. I think they are quit hard know so i am going to mount Koni FSD Dampers. Last weekend i spoke to someone how has driven a Leon with these dampers and according to him it was a day en night difference with the stock ones.

Cheers,

Eric

Am I reading that right???
312bhp... So 75bhp off just a re-map??? That can't be right, surely?
If so, that's pretty much awesome. But the new S3 only gets 306bhp and it's 25bhp more as standard.. How's this?

Other tuners

Do you guys have any other reccomendations besides JD Engineering? They are OK, but 2500 km of driving there and back is a bit discouraging...
:(
Austrian or German tuners?

I would gather it depends on the rolling road, but if they used a normal rolling road and not a direct engine dyno (doubt this would be the case).

Then the S3 would have greater transmission losses to consider..ie 4WD. And it appears the S3 and Cupra share a similar turbo, but the S3 has a different engine compression ratio.
