I have the N turbo too mines on 24k its been on stage 1 since 14k all fine. I would suggest not giving wot till oil pressure is right up and turn off stop start and let her cool down before jumping straight out after driving hard .I have followed this rule with all turbocharged cars over the years never had one failure.
