What paint did you use mate, any particular one?? I need to do mine soon. Because i am keeping the original red colour, wouldn't it just be easier for me to peel off all the laquer and relaquer them as some of the laquer is starting to peel off?

yea that will brighten up the red paint they only go pink when the lacquer gets air under it so needs peeling off and just clear lacquer over the top.

used 2 pac paint and clear lacquer over the top to seal it all in.

Those callipers stand out nice :D What size stickers did you go for? I think the originals are 70mm but I put 90mm on mine. I also had El Dude strip mine back to the anodising and repaint in a semi-gloss hardened paint that doesn't need lacquering, so it'll never peel again :D

How comes you didn't take the callipers off though? Worth doing, isn't it? So you don't have any red left behind?

That's a good point. Had a bit of trouble sorting mine afterwards, but nice to know they were fully stripped, serviced, painted while in pieces and rebuilt with new bridge pipes.

How do you feel about the larger stickers? I'm still undecided about mine. I like that it makes them different (in the same way as we went for a darker red than OE on mine) but I worry that they look too different and people will think they're not really Brembos. Maybe I'm just paranoid

Yours look great anyway, that's all that matters IMHO :D

tbh, Antnee, most people will only glance at them, and if they did take the time to have a proper look, it's prettty obvious they're real Brembos :)
