I also have celtic tuning remap................. pulls lika train all the way round to 150 (on my private race course, of course) :p

But how do you really know that your getting 210bhp unless you get it on the rolling road as part of the remap? Your just taking there word for it!

CC are one of the site sponsors and have a very good rep across the VAG range

Exactly, they do see competitve on price plus its not far from where I live. Is it a good map thgough. P toruqe is a bit of a trek to get to

Just a thought. 2 points really...
Firstly how do you know the map they have put on is the power it should be 200-210 and not one at180/190?
Also how do you know that once its been put on it wont delete itself like a trial map does, In short can they rip you off? (not heard of this happening to anyone - just a theoretical question)

I've had a map from both CC (Ibiza 1.4 TDI) and Celtic (Altea 1.9 TDI), and to be fair both have been good. The figures they give you are estimated (generic map developed on a test car) and depend on what the car was outputing before the map. You can end up with higher figures depending on how you car reacts to the map or possibly slightly lower (normally with an underlying problem) remembering every car is slightly different to begin with. As far as I'm aware, most remappers offer a money back satisfaction guarantee, may be worth phoning them and asking the questions direct.
