Typical dales yet more issues when it comes to warranty
Took car in for rear light to be replaced under warranty today after being to see scott in there
service dept last thursday regarding this matter and he stated yes thats warranty well get you booked back in to have that sorted.
After being there 45min for a simple light change i get called over and told sorry thats not warranty thats damaged when i know for a fact that its not damaged and that it has a manufacturing defect (will post picture later)
At this point after every visit i have had regarding warranty
repairs i have again been told no sorry not covered so i got in touch with seat customer care again (now 3rd time for 3rd issue) who have told me to book it back in with this bunch of tw.ts again and they will inspect it instead.
I am not really bothered about it misting up im nore annoyed that after 3 years of the car being serviced by a
seat dealer that they have never noticed the manufacturing defect in the rear light which i had pointed out by the mot tester on its first mot last week which i have had done early so i had time no sort any warrantable items like this.
I defect will be shown in the picture but putting it simply the rear light is showing white light in the red section of the lamp because it has not been moulded correctly thus giving me an advisory on my mot.
