damo when you had your cupra and you used galv spray on your discs on the parts that were not in contact with the pad did the spray last and prevent rust?
or did the paint just flake off?

I used black hammerite spray which worked fine and didn't peal. Sure galv spray is probably the same matey!

Yea, lasted fine, Al. Just make sure you clean off all the rust before painting. Wire wheel in a drill works a treat

ive got new discs to be fitted so i want to paint the edges before the rust starts
