just a few pics of my newly darked SEAT badges, note the rear has beads of water on the lips so looks nackered

may had to re do the rear cos it has chipped slightly on the middle edges but i like em

Looks ace, very tempted to join you once I source some alloys and get them darkened!

Ford graphite from hallfords, 3 coats of primer 3 coats of paint 3 coats of laquer
front badge is easy as pie, just follow the instuctions on this thread to remove front grill then pop badge out,
now the rear pi**ed me off big time. remove two screws front under the flap where the lock is, one from behind each bulb flap and one sneaky bu**er in the pull down handle, then pull the whole plastic bit as hard a you fcuking can. it's make a horrible racket and watch out for flying metal clips, thens it's just 6 bolts and a bit of jigery pokery to remove the handle, dont forget to remove the release rod also,

Would look better if you done the chrome surround part on the grille IMHO, I done it on my LCR and looks loads better.

i like it but i'm gonna have another go at the rear badge, i masked the slit bits of the S and as such it left paint edges on the lips as it were ao it has chipped slightly
