De-Wipering the rear

How do I go about this?

Remove wiper, disable motor and push 'bung' over hole?

Not much to it i'm sure but were would I pick up something to fill the whole were the wiper was?

Take the boot plastic off an its all clear what needs to come off.

Disconnect the rear wash hose from the tank in the engine bay just in case you push the wash and get water in the boot lid.

i just used a universal bung from halfords, i think it was 25mm in the hole...

just told dad i may do this. he's asked will it affect MOT?

I dont think it will as there are cars without rear wipers, but he's thinkin as it came with one as standard would it effect the MOT?

if it has a wiper then it must function, but since yours won't have one then your cool!
same as your car doesn;t need a spare wheel but if it does its got to be spot on!
even funnier - you don't need a windscreen but you do need washer jets!

You dont need a pic. Theres only two hoses commin off the washer tank. Try one of them.

Dont quote me on the size. But the pack did come with about 3-4 different sizes which one was perfect.

If I disconnect the hose from the tank will the water(or very expensive methanol in my case for water injection) not leak out?

Leave it with me will do it on Tuesday when i'm off again

It'll only leak out if you press forward the rear washer.

Im sure its 25mm, got my bung from a local motorworld, on the display stand, with loads of stuff in red packaging, loads of little things.
