Delay on all boc and cupra orders

Hi Dave , Glad your enjoying it , some times I use the selector instead of the "paddles" to change gear!! it just makes it a bit more of a normal gear lever change than using paddles all the time!!.

After the scare of a November delivery at the start of this thread, I contacted my dealer on Friday gone re my order placed a week last Friday for a Candy White Cupra. I was please to receive a call today saying that Seat have stated that I should see my car late June / early July (and maybe earlier if my luck is in!)

Definately not coming on this ste again till i get my cupra and can start to show everyone else who is waiting.... umm any of you who put order in for cupra before xmas and still not know their build week mine is week 11 which was brought forward by 3 weeks, but the delivery only brought forward by 2. still a while yet

I put my order in Jan 25th still not had a build date just a estimate of the 20th May

hmm, guess your build could be around same time as mine? as my delivery date was estimated 10th may, but has been brought forward now. But my dads company has just got on the back of seat everyday to find out what was going on.

Theres an orange cupra sitting on the seat site, under 800 miles, price is £18k, I can only dream

Got the car yesterday. What a machine, went for the hardcore run in method, these cars have some poke i rell u!! A couple of runs up the A500 accelerating hard in 3,4,5,6, decelerating also using the gears.

Put the spoiler n skirts against the car today cant make my mind up for sure about the skirts so may have a pair going spare soon.

Found a tiny dent in the bonnet today can hardly see it but still that's not the point. Theirs no way it could of happened last night or today. Took it bk the dealer n they said they'll sort it.

No mate just ordered the parts because i wanted get them painted myself. Should have them done this week just cant make my mind up on the skirts.

I got my Cupra yesterday,but the the black velpic mats weren't for free,though they were reduced to 20 quid,56 pounds online price.

Boy,the car is really faster than i expected,i am little worried about the brakes' life expentancy

Does anybody else get some burn smell after hard runs?

U will as its new, theres nothing better than pulling up on ur drive and being greated by the smell of a new exhaust/brakes, should go after a few 100 miles
