Delay on all boc and cupra orders

Orderd mine in jan told me build date week 12 spoke yesterday and said everything going fine should get it next month, I asked if there was a delay because every one else is getting a delay but said not on your car but you know what they like change there minds all time. Finger crossed though

When they rang and told me i was soooooo happy!
But the next two weeks are going to drag now

Dont know what is going on down in Seat. I ordered mine in Jan and just found out it is being delayed till July!!!!!!! just waiting to find out what there latest excuse is.

Same as mine Dean, building this week and should be here mid April.... hopefully considering my last one failed quality control and had to be re-built!!!!!!!! Sonkaldebi as per this thread I started it could be that the factory are waiting for more orders to come in and then building the entire batch as I was told they will no longer be producing standard ones and only building to spec. Have you added options to yours? If so this could be the reason but then again I am merely speculating mate.

Just got blue tooth on it didnt think that would hold it up much. Depending on what they come back with i may cancell it and get a A3 really dont want to tho

That would be disasterous mate. I have been waiting for mine since October last year when I ordered it heheheheheheheheehhe. Check on seat used car locator they have some boc and cupras for sale there if you don't mind a demo.......... just a suggestion. that was my fall back plan if this order went wrong even though I would hate it but there is a boc there specced up pretty much the same as my order, would just lose the 10 plate which would kill me.

Yeh mine is a company car tho so it has to be brand new :-( the other main thing that is killing me is i have had no car since Oct (the Mrs got it when we split) so not having a car is killing me

I feel you brother. If I had to be honest with you though, I would rather perhaps look at a golf or scirroco if you seriously can't wait that long. The A3 is a nice car but I am worried about the running costs on that................ Friends of my missus have ordered one and there was also a huge mess up there and they are also having to wait for ever to get their A3. Wouldn't want you to have the same problem. A demo Boc is still new though or is your company really fickle about stuff like that?

Its all to do with tax it needs to be unregisted. the thing with the audi is they have the cars in stock we have a very big dealer up hear so i am asking what they have got ready i could be driving one by next week

Don't mean to rub anyone up the wrong way but i'm soooo glad my dealership sold me the Cupra they were due to receive as their demo otherwise i'd be in the same boat as you guys rather than arriving everywhere with a massive grin on my face!!

Can tell you one thing though guys as annoyed as you prob all are you will appreciate the wait when you can finally sit in your own Boc or Cupra and appreciate the power and handling that this little monster has. Don't give up on that dream!

Mk2_Cupra, you getting a cupra? or the Boc? as mine is Cupra how long shipping normally take after they been built anyone know? as then all it is, is a PDI etc... so yeh.

I ordered a boc. I think ship goes every 2 weeks.

ah what! 2 weeks! long! should be every week! lol. ah right, you got a boc... hmm interesting! my build week was 11, but not confirmed... but my last update (every friday) was still at 11 last week. so... fingers crossed its been built!
