Is there anyone in the Berkshire/Hampshire area that fancies giving me a hand installing the oil temp and boost gauge? Beer tokens provided for any assistance .

Anyone able to help? Think I'd struggle with some of the wiring.

A mate and me wired this up as per the instructions on here the other day, yet the gauge doesn't seem to remember the colour I set and it won't dim with the lights. Any ideas why this might be?

It probably needs a continuous 12v line for it to remember (like a aftermarket radio). Chcek my previous posted pic again and connect the correct wire to "12v continu"

Thinking about this, which wire should I be joining to the "12v continu?" Should it be the switch live (red wire), as mentioned by Keith:

join the black gauge wire (earth) to the brown wire on the light switch block
Join the red wire(switched live) together and then join it to the grey wire with blue tracer on on switch block. the other three are one for sender, mine is permanent live and then earth again.

No, switched is connected to "Geschakeld". Geschakeld means switched, is powered as soon as key is turned to acc.

He talks about the other three wires, there should be one for power, that one needs to be connected to 12v "Continu".
