Hello.

I recently got vagcom and have been doing a few logs.

I'm new to this but from what I can see the lambda value doesn't look right.
It's just stuck on -1.6 for some of the runs but fluctuates on others.

The intake air temp is high on one of them because the car was on idle for
10 mins or so before doing the run. When I did a run after cruising the temps
are actually quite low for a UNI intercooler.

There are 2 runs on some of them sorry, just go off the RPM.

Anything jump out at you?

Thanks

Emlyn

EDIT: the very last run is probably the most useful as it was from low RPM and intake air temps are normal.

Only got the lite version don't think i will let me.

Boost holds 19-20 psi (goes up and down between the two) and starts to tail off at 5500 rpm,
it drops to about 14psi and says there at redline. When I first fitted the turbo I was sure it didn't
tail off at all but couldn't swear to it. N75 valve? No code for it though.

Oh right. Well I'll be getting stage 2 soon.

What sort of air flow g/s were you getting compared to mine?
Also were you're lambda readings like that?

Thanks a lot for the help.

Nearly identical IAT, good old uni intercoolers lol

You say you're running 1 BAR though, where as I'm running 1.3, so thats probably
why my mass air flow a smidge higher. I havn't logged above 5800rpm yet though
so don't really know the peak yet, I just assumed peak power would be lower as the boost tails
off.

I can't see a lambda reading in there? Do you think mine looks dodgy, it doesn't change half
the time, then it's stuck on 0% for ages then stuck on - 1.6%. Just seems a bit useless
to me.

Yeh but my mates laguna ic is better but the uni does the job and looks good too..

Yeh these lambda like that not really worth loggin.. (read that some were  )

Just read that again 217 at .85 BAR WTF lol I'd be happy with that at 1.2 BAR

Innit... Its not torquey but does keep pullin all d way rev range....

should get urs dynoed ;)

001 block for lambda adjust - BUT, its only regulating on idle and cruise throttle, not under wot so pointless trying to make out what its doing as its only narrow band anyhow.

032 fuel trims will indicate if its having to make adjustments to compensate for stuff (leaks)

That clears that up thanks Bill.

Will run some logs on 032 when I get a chance and the boost blocks if it lets me.

Thanks

Drew- just get a free version of vagcom and have a play with it mate.
It doesn't take too long to get the hang of it.
