Diesel owners! Miles per tank?!

50 - 58 mpg depending on the amount of town driving. 400 - 450 miles to a £40 tank (without venting)

It's a PD130 Ibiza

i do mostly town driving, and the car is just a toy thats better on fuel than my a3 1.8t,

i get anything from 37-55. 55 with a long journey, 37 just grin driving

I have a mark one Leon I get between 400 to 450 a tank mix of town and M1... I only just bought the car and it already has a boost gauge fitted so I think it's been mapped.

Pardon my ignorance but what is venting?

In my ibiza PD100. i got 450 miles out of a full tank. Worked out at 47mpg. Thats mixed roads and ive got a heavy right foot!

I do about 370 miles with my Cupra TDI with Upsolute remap (185bhp). My girlfriend with her Cupra TDI stock can do more than 430 miles.

under the filler cap, there is a little black nipple on the right hand side, once you've filled the tank normally, hold that down with the nozzle and will get around 10l extra in, once vented you can expect closer to 600 - 700 miles from a tank

I nornally refill at 1/4 full, about 430 last fill. According to puter i get from 58 to 64 mpg.

I'm using millers additive. Has anyone else using this noticed a reduction in mpg if they overdose? 1st dose i put in 25ml (in 35litre fill) and got 60-64, next put in 50ml and got 58 -60, next fill didnt add it and got 60 -62 mpg; could just be variation in traffic / driving but not sure.

Best I've had from 1.9 TDi FR is 560 a tank on BP ultimate which made a huge difference for me

Ibiza 130pd usually a £40 tank gets 300 - 350 miles depending on what i'm doing. Hit over 60mpg's on long journey's sometimes tho

You really can't beat these PD130 engines! I really can't imagine ever going back to petrol (unless I only do a few thousand miles a year, not my current 22,000)

I get about 500 miles to a vented tank before the fuel light comes on (using millers) see about 450 to a vented tank without millers

I get 350 miles to a tank.

1.9 TDI 100 (Remapped to 143) The Remap didn't change how many miles to a tank I got, it's always 350 no matter what type of driving I do - i.e. Town, City or Country.

I do drive most places in a 'spirited' manner, though! I coaxed 500 miles out of it on the way from Northern Ireland to the South.. Brimmed it up fired in some REDEX at sat at 60MPH the whole way.

However on a 55 mile round trip 50 miles are motorway, and most of that is between 50-70mph!

not bad,just about twice as much as i get from my tank

I forgot my PD100 wasnt standard.
Had a Green Cotten panel filter and a Stage 1 p-torque remap.
