Difference between 6k and 6k2 coilovers

So, I know many people are going to hate me for asking, but I still need to know.

I ordered a FK AK coilover set, and guess what; end of life or something, can't get them anymore (This sh* always happens to me..)

So, checked up on the importer site, and found out the 6k2 one are still in stock, so my mind started working..

Thinking of the 6k2 look compared to the 6k looks they aren't really that different.. I think it would be even possible to fit a 6k2 door in a 6k.. so the big question;
Is there any difference between the 6k2 fitting of coilovers and the 6k ones?


(I could off course get an other brand but I found some really good reviews on this one, and not so good ones on the alternatives so I'd rather have this ones..)

No, i don't think they fit. The allignment to the wishbone is different. But don't take my word for it.

As Suj has said they are totally different, if you want proof I have both models and its clear to see on the pics.

Another question; Does anyone have experience with STRO coilovers? Thats what the shop gave me as a alternative, but seems to me there not worth €329 as they look just like V-MAXX and TA Tecnix

just buy hottuning, they are basically TA Technix, and i got mine with strapping on it that said "TA Technix" when it was delivered.
