Difference between AUM & AUQ engines

after some info on these codes well sort of lol

i am aware that they are both a KO3s turbo and both the same engine the only difference is the standard factory Map! but the ening as a item is it the same shape, build etc and are the mounts the same or are they different

a quick reason for the thread is mate is putting a 1.8T in his mk2 ibiza i no not a mk1 topic but the engine IS he is looking at is from the engine from the leon hence why i posted it here so.....

is there any diference other than the factory map??

AUM being 150 BHP

AUQ being 180 BHP

I know the auq has vvt, I'm not sure if the aum does. Also I thought the 150 BHP engines had the k03?

nope its defo ko3s checked with bill @ badger5 lol i think the engine internals are all the same ect just factory map is set to 150 not 180 its just the mounting really need to find out if there different to mount to find out with will fit better

as i said checked with bill today the AUM is Ko3s not fussed any it anyway its the mounting i'm interested in! been looking all night and no luck so far

Dunno mate we haven't fond one yet so dunno wat year it's out of I think they were eraly 2000 tho
