just to start with the K03s has 4 bolts and the Ko4 has 3 bolting it to the turbo, the link to the main exhaust is 3 bolts then goes to the cat on a golf and the ko6 goes on to twin cats, its just not worth the hastle mate

Sorry guys i didnt explain properly
Car is a golf but running a big turbo so flanges and diameter arent an issue
Looking at uprated downpipe for larger turbo would follow same route and join my existing BF system at the cat

golf 4, leon, A3/S3, TT, octavia, bora/jetta its all the same car. if its fits one it fits them al,, almost.

if you take a complet exhoust of a LCR: manifold, turbo, downpipe, pipes and cat back complet and try to mount it on a FWD golf 4 1,8t, the only think you might not get on is the back box as the rear end/bumber is not the same.

one think to remember is FWD is not the same as 4WD.
