Model Year 22/23 Dimming DRL only

Hi, Is it possible to code the DRL's to be dimmed when on themselves, not when the headlights are also on? I feel that they are too bright and could be a little dimmer than 100% say 70 or 60%

They're as bright as they are for a reason, not something I'd personally want to mess with should the worst happen

Thought that might be the case, was hoping there might be a coding option for it.
Is there a way to turn the headlights on automatically when I start the car rather than just the DRL's coming on.
