I don't know where those diagrams which were posted are actually from, I would suppose that that source would have other diagrams for the area you need, perhaps someone else might be able to help.

Thought about contacted the original poster simmo1 to see if he can point you in the right direction ?

Tried to contact the original poster, but no response, may be someone can give some direction on how to remove the tailgate trim? I don't see any screw
