I agree, I wouldn't buy a modified car, I only buy cars with a maximum of 40,000miles too, but if not, still, after reading your advert I have to admit i would move on to the next.
I wouldn't put things in the ad about company car forces sale as I tend to think it's bull as we had company car (Golf 2.0TDI) 2 cars (Yaris D4D & RX8 231) and motorbike and we didn't consider getting rid of any as company car aint ours to keep and you can't predict the future and having a family you'd want a car of your own, even just parked in the garage, just in case, but thats what i'd do and we're all different.
I'd also remove the Mods from the advert and the car.
I wouldn't advertise that it's a performance and handling car as people looking for this car will already know this.
No need to say it's been extremely reliable as this would make me think that it has not and thats why your getting rid at a low price.
People who don't thrash there cars would not usually advertise the fact as this is just the norm to them and we all know if you have a car like this it's gonna see the high side of the rev range a fair amount.
It has no mention of service history, receipts or tax which is a big NO NO for me and many others.
No offers is also a put off as if you're wanting a quick sale it's worth considering, you can turn the offer down and you spelled (NO TIME)wasters as waters and some people pick up on this and think, Young Un! - No disrespect as we all do it but in an advert it could be the difference between a viewing and a sale to not even a viewing.
Just a few points to think about.
Hope you get it sold or get to keep it
