dodgy dashboard

got in me frozen car this morning wacked on the heating and went to put the heated rear screen on and well the button doesnt work anymore! on closer inspection the cup holder also wont come out its as if me dashboard is slightly twisted.so when you press the button it just gets stuck in

has anybody had this problem before

the cars about 5 months old and was brand new

Hmmm, not acceptable for a 5 month old car!

Best bet wait for another cold morning (wont be long ) and then drive straight to the Dealer you bought the car from and get them to take a look at the symptoms! All the best.

dont need to really wait for a cold morning as its the button thats knackered! ill just take it to the stealers n see what they say about it as the car is under warranty still

my cup holder sticks in the cold but if you press the wee thing beside it that says airbag off it usually releases it.

yeh thats what i had been doing to release the button and cup holder but now that wont even release the button.the cup holder still releases.ive been told to bring the car down to the dealer after work n they will have alook at it.
