Dodgy Fans

This week, I've had two occassions where the fans stopped working.

When I put it on manual and ramp it up to full, nothing happens.

I fiddled about with the auto switch / windscreen demister / direction of fans etc, and then suddenly it started working again.

Any idea?

Check the pollen filter. My climate control is working much better since I changed mine.

The only thing is that it works fine 99% of the time, i.e. fans can run at full whack, demists instantly etc. It's just done this a couple of times now where the fans don't run at the speed shown on the climate control display.
