Need some advice please.

I got a clutch, gearbox lever and some plastic thing replaced last week. Ever since the car has been torque steering under throttle, much more noticeable than the usual pulls. Sometimes weaving.

I have heard that cupras have weights added near/around the clutch. is this true? if it is, what are they like, is it something that may have been taken off during the clutch replacement and never put on again.

Does anybody have any ideas? thank you!

the clutch wasnt slipping though, the lever in the gearbox fractured, breaking some plastic thing. I had to replace the clutch as well during the repairs. The clutch was nearing the end of its life anyway.

Because i have never driven the car with 100% power going through, i dont know if this level of torquey pulling is normal or not. as i said, i'm used to the slight torque steer, but this is much more noticeable

does anybody know of the weights surrounding the clutch or in the front of the car to balance it?

I get a bit of torque steer on my 8v when I nail it, never driven another one so don't know if its normal.

I have had an 8v and drag racing off at the lights it used to be all over the place! only in first gear though, just kept a tight grip of the wheel and when second kicked in it settled down.

Never heard of any weights being attached around the clutch
