Does anyone here use Dragon diesel engine tuning modules?

This is mainly for my Mondeo ST TDCi, but the Mondeo forums aren't as helpful as SCN and there are so many people on here that know about performance tuning I thought I'd ask anyway.

I've been pointed to www.mrhoot.com as a place to find diesel engine tuning products for my Mondeo. They appear to specialise in diesel tuning above all else. I can't really decide whether they look professional or not. They do tuning solutions for SEAT's too.

The thing is that a Dragon module for my Mondeo taking it from 155bhp to around 180bhp is just £300 from Dragon, whereas the Bluefin equivalent is more like £500.

Does anyone have any opinions on this site?

cant comment on the ford ones, but for the SEAT ones they are just the basic way of fooling the fuel temp sensor so it chucks more fuel in. Not the best way to tune a TD. Lina_TDI had one on her ibiza and ian (driveforward) had a Mr Hoot ages ago on Sooty.

I'm Lina_TDi's other half... Unfortuneately (not related to chip) Lina wrote her car off on Friday (we are 99% sure)....

It came with a Dragon Chip when we first got it, which I removed, but it did do a good job, however we only got like 350 miles to a tank, as sssstew says, it just supplies more fuel...
