Im fitting a super pro kit to my LCR very soon, just trying to find all the correct torque setting's ready for the job. ive have had a look and cant seem to find the torque setting for the bolt that does through the dog bone mount itself its about 100mm long ish, its holding the big bush together at the subframe end. also the two bolts that hold the dog bone mount to the gearbox are these strech bolts aswell?

Dogbone to gearbox (both bolts) 30 ft lbs
Dogbone to subframe 15 ft lbs

Note, worth replacing the two small subframe bolts as they can be corroded and may not be up to being re torqued, two big ones fine to re use, be sure to torque your actual mount correctly there are various torques, I used the factory torque setting however I need to re find that info should tell you on your mount instructions tho.
