I would use clear grease personally its alittle bit thicker. Wd might work but might not last. Worth a try.

Going to try the grease in the door locks tomorrow, i will let you know the results .

Tried the grease through the door locks, and no joy so far still both doors rattle, and it is getting worse, big shame as it is spoiling such a nice drive.
There is another rubber bung just above the locks, so i pulled it back and sprayed a little inside there on the passenger door yesterday , see if that does anything, have to watch what i am doing aa i must be getting close to the door glass now.
The rattles seem to be coming from the top of the door panels inside, maybe halfway along or maybe closer to the door locks.

Same problem, i don't know what to do to get rid of these sounds, checked seatbelt and door locks but nothing, Also i'm getting these sound from the rear , starting to feel that i'm driving my old MK2 Ibiza

Needs sorting these rattles , killing a nice car, there should not be any at all, i thought quality was good on these .
Anyway i am sure with the help of the guys on this forum we will sort it out soon. .

Quality is good, for a car built in Spain.

I'm stripping mine down soon to fit some components so going to insulate stuff while im there.

Ive only got knocks from rear now no rattles at all atm. Think the rear knock is suspension related. Theres no technical info on elsa about door rattles. Not for my vin anyways.

I see not an easy task to strip these door panels down tho.

Spurt
Did you just spray in the door lock , or did you go in through the big rubber bung above it aswell.?????

Ive not had any ibiza's come into the workshop yet for rattles either. If anything pops up i will post up my findings. But i wouldnt strip it yourself just book it in.

You have warranty, use it.

Yes aslong as the techs know where the noise is coming from and not just guessing, else you will be in and out of there all the time with them ripping you panels on and off all the time which cannot be good.
Let,s see what TECHIE finds when he does his doors first, i think.
