You mean the one where I am missing a grommet? I think the majority was from the foam as one corner has disappeared.

Iv repaired all my door seals abd still get water on the black plastic sill, the sill is on the outside side of the main door seal, i think it runs down from the top, around the door to there.

If your ancillary/ speaker carrier seal is still leaking then you will get water on the inside side of door seal, lift up where seal goes over plastic trim and mine used to be damp under there when they leaked, all bone dry now. However think my bulkhead or fuse cover under scuttle is still leaking.

I think water will sit on the plastic sill protecters, the lower ones, not the ones inside the car. If u imagine water comming from the roof, down between door and roof, the big main door seal stops it, so it will trace around the edges of that to the area your on about.
To solve it i cut v notches in the rubber seal on the very bottom of the door, inline with drain holes, this clears up the drain holes and lets water off sills :D

There 'should' be holes in the rubber that line up with the holes in the door, although on my car they did overlap slightly so I only had half a hole.
