doors not locking...help please

hey guys,
im having a couple of problems wit my car firstly my drivers side back door wont lock or open sometimes and secondly my car is making clunky noises sometimes when i turn an also wen i brake or accelerate,and secondly my cigarette lighter keeps goin in the car,i have had the fuses replaced but it just keeps blowing!! and as i cant even find the air filter under the bonnet i wouldnt have a clue wat was making the noise?? its drivin me mad!! plus does anyone know the best lowering springs for my car?? want to drop it about 25 mil but im not sure wat springs to get

Check the earthing for the cigarette lighter, Where's the noise coming from? Most people will tell you get your self some coilovers but if you dont want to spend that much buy some eibach springs
