Downpipe on Cupra TDi...

Recommended? Downpipe with the CAT out??? 63mm???

Well, I have a 20VT the downpipes made a massive difference.
My custom exhaust place went with a 3" downpipe and a 2 1/2" pipe there on to keep a bit of back pressure.

However your a TDI and I'm told you dont need back pressure at all! So you could go 3" bore all the way, Especially if your thinking of some engine modification

Also, No cat its not needed and its the most restrictive part of the exhaust system.
