Dreaded Cup Holders

As man LC owners probably know, one cup holder doesn't really suffice and for some reason in the interior design stage SEAT thought that one cup holder is more than enough for a 5 seater car?

Has anybody overcome this in any way and managed to install extra cup holders or made alternative arrangements?
