Since about a month ago when the latest OTA update applied, my drop-down shortcuts on the infotainment have been acting strangely. About 90% of the time when I start the car, it's either have removed just the shortcut I have set up for the audible speed warning, totally rearranged the order of them, or replaced a load of shortcuts with other ones. Anyone else seeing this issue?

I don't think it's a syncing thing as I ruled that out by disabling the online connectivity, and it still happened.

This also happened to me after I tried to rearrange the drop down menu. Apparently this is a bug, which is connected with your Cupra ID account and currently the only way to reset it is to delete your Cupra ID account and then register again. It takes a few minutes to do but it's worth it! I just deleted my account, checked in the car it had been removed and that the drop down menu had reset, then registered again with the same details and password. You have to reset a few preferences in the infotainment but it did keep my Android Auto settings.

Didn't work. Went through the whole process, got all the preferences set back up again. Very next time the ignition comes on, it's all reset back to random shortcuts again. Even created a different account with a different email address.. I'm gonna call it quits on this issue and hope Cupra issue an OTA fix in the next few years.

That's disappointing, did you get an email confirming the deletion of your Cupra ID? Did you check in the car after account deletion that there was no one registered on the car? Once registered again did you scan the QR code in the car and set it back up? Mine has been okay for the last month so not sure why it didn't work for you.

All the above, including an extra attempt with a brand new Cupra ID with a different email address.

Not the end of the world though.
