heavy as f!

Yup always a great service from Bill

Even when a mistake was made Bill quickly rectified it in no time at all and refunded postage straight away. Quality!

I am human and mystakes do occasionally occur (infrequently thankfully) but its corrected ASAP.

sometimes promised deliveries fail to arrive which knocks on to customer deliveries, sometimes it meets and exceeds expectations. To date 2007 has been really quite poor on delivery to me, so some +ve news is music to my ears.
