ECU update -> power loss

Hi

I have a Seat Altea FR (170hk) TDI, i had some issues with the engine when it was cold and I drove between 1500-2000 rpm, i was like a petrol engine with malfunction ignition. The engine were very unstable. As soon as the engine is hot there is no problem at all.

The seat dealer updated my ECU today, i haven´t yet tried the car from a cold start. But i noticed that the engine seems to have lost power.
Before the ECU update the turbo kicked in about 1750rpm, now it´s more about 2250rpm.

Before the ECU update if i pushed the pedal to the metal with ESP turned on :D The rpm´s stopped very stable at 3000rpm. Now after the update the rpms it jumping +/- 500 rpm of 3000...

Does anyone have the same problem ?

Has the car previously been remapped?

No, I don´t think so. Bought the car from a old man, who worked at Seat.
The car had only 20.000 km on the clock and still had factory warrenty.

Take it up with the dealer and don't let go until they have resolved it, it is possible that they've loaded the wrong software code...
