Electric mirror problem.

Went to adjust the drivers mirror on the car this morning, and as i glanced to the passenger side mirror, that was also moving with the drivers side (at the same time), But when i put it onto the passenger side mirror it only adjusted the passenger side one.

Has anyone had this problem, and how was it sorted?

Its meant to do this. Its so that if more than one person drives the car, they only need to adjust one mirror.

So as you are adjusting the drivers side mirror, the passenger side is moving at exactly the same time?
