Emmisions workshop check engine light

Hello i have this error every time i start my car, it goes beeping and then on board computer(i have r32 cluster) shows emmisions workshop error and check engine light, i suspect u has something to so with EGR valve but im not entirely sure, im really beginer into messing with cars.

What car are we talking about? Also, how many beeps?

If you are lucky, both rear brakelight bulbs are blown.
Or you have fitted LED brake bulbs & not soldered a 1000 ohm resistor across the feed wires.
