Engine Code - 1.9tdi sport '02

I have the 1.9TDi Sport '02 - i was wondering what the engine code is? Without it i cant get the cambelt done at an independent :S

engine code is the 1st 3 letters of your chassis / vin number iirc.

"ASZ" is the 130 bhp engine (like mine )

engine codes are as follows

110bhp - ASV

90bhp - AGR or ALH

mine is an 02 130 and has code ASZ, its on the sticker in the boot, next to spare wheel.

on a MK.3 '02 plater yes, but MK.4 beeza's on an '02 plate iirc came with a 130bhp ASZ engine. , i've got one!

when SEAT facelifted the MK.4, the FR retained the ASZ 130bhp engine and the sport was given a 100bhp engine.

as this is in the MK.4 forum i'm presuming MATTYH87 has a MK.4 ,
if he hasn't he should have asked in another section
