change the fuel pump relay! chances are if its turnign over, making a spark, and not fuel purging when you turn the ignition on, its the relay most likely!

right-o just mentioned it cause i did the exact same thing in one of my previous cars and it turned out to be the starter motor......bumped started fine

Install the new ECU in the car

[17 - Instruments]
[Adaptation - 10]
Leave channel at "00"
[Read]
[Save]
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]
[Exit]
Turn ignition OFF for 15 seconds. Start vehicle.

Mr Peach really needs to swap ECU with a mate or get a compatible spare off eBay as a good fault finding measure, but only after checking power and relevant relays as above.
