esp light

can any one help
ive just changed the air filter on my lcr210 (straight swap on a standard filter)
when ive started the car up the esp light came on and stays on !!

i think vag com is my next step again .ha ha ha

Sounds a bit strange,cant see why that would have happened.Definatley get it plugged into vagcom and see what it brings up.

may need cleaning the sensor that is or you have split a pipe whilst doing the install it could be anything really the traction control light comes on when your car goes into limp mode

thanks ,i had vag com plugged in today,came maf sensor i had to put new one on fixed the problem car runs great ,,mafs break easy! :: no night out for me this weekend!

Not to sound stupid... but have you accidently pressed the ESP button on the centre console.... done it a few times putting my belt on.... just something to check if its plugged in and not been knocked off....
