Every other light now not working (Mk2 2011 Leon)

Hi, hoping this is an easy fix. My Seat Leon 1.6tdi has suddenly developed an error with all of the external lights (no other electrical faults). Basically
- Left main beam working/ right not
- Right side light working/ left is not
- Left front indicator working/ right not
- Right back indicator working/ left not
- one of the side indicators is not working
- rear (red) lights - boot working on left not right/ outer light the opposite (working on right not left)
- error messages galore

Not really used the car much recently and definitely not touched the electrics/ bulbs

9 Exterior lights went out on my 2011 Golf TDI

This Sunday out of the blue 9 exterior lights on my 2011 golf TDI with stopped working. The following DIC check messages displayed: Front right low beam Front right turn signal Rear left turn signal Rear left brake light Check license plate lighting Front right fog light Left front side light...

Have you checked the fuses? I use a multimeter to test continuity on the fuses, sometimes a fuse looks ok, but is still actually blown.

Just been under the bonnet and removed/ reinserted the same fused. Seems to have cleared the issue. Think I will find out which one is the lights and replace that one just in case.
