Exhaust manifold linishing where can i get it done?

as the title really, seemed the best place to put this because of all the issues people are having with warping flange faces etc.

I need the turbo to downpipe face on my manifold flattening as i had some welding done on it and the welder 'ground' his welds down which made the face uneven, so i need it machining flat.

Just like a general area of buisness i could look for would be great, ive tried precicion engineering places, but none really want to take it on.
