Hey there,
Iv got a 2002 Ibiza cupra runnin on a standard ko3, with a 4bar fpr, 007p forge dump valve, and front mount intercooler with a revo stage 2 map.
Its got a Forge actuator but i think who ever fitted it didnt have the proper bracket for it cuz theres a stud snapped and 1 bolt holding it on. Anyway, its boosting to just past 1 bar. I was woundering what it would be expected to run at safley?, say round 22psi? 1.5bar? And if i should tweak the actuator to run at that.
I did it for a day and it ran so much better and was alot quicker but i was scared id blow it up so i put it back? Any ideas? :(

Hard to say really, but if i were you id get it remapped/setup again save you rebuilding your engine if you do tweek it and it runs lean and bang! better to be safe than sorry!

Cheers. I think you hit the nail on the head, i should just get a new actuator and put it to get mapped again. Saves the risk of blowin it up for the sake of around £600 cuz im sure an engine will be far more expensive lol!
